Once again a great experience dealing with KMS Tools. I purchased a product online that did not function properly. No questions asked. They paid return shipping and shipped me a replacement super fast. Best place I have found to buy tools online for sure!!!!

I have shopped at KMS for years and always had excellent service. Although I usually shop in person, most recently I ordered on-line a garbage can and lid (with which I am going to build a cyclone dust collector), but inadvertenly ordered the wrong lid. I noticed this when I checked the order confirmation email, and replied asking them to change the order. Not only did they fix my mistake immediately, but they gave me the correct lid at the same (lesser) cost than the one I ordered. This is only the most recent example of KMS' good customer service - there have been others. I recommend them highly.

Probably the best tool store in Calgary. Doing business with them for a couple of years and I can say I've had a great customer service support, competitive/best prices on tools besides the great selection in store and online.

I purchased the Nico genius 10 from KMS Tools. It was a great price and the staff was very helpful. I was able to restore my car battery which had been sitting for 3 years. I wish I had bought this years ago. It works on 12V, 12V AGM and 12V Lithium also 6V AGM and 6V. I set it to the 12V repair and to my surprise it actually worked. This is a must have tool for your shop

Best prices for power tools I have found yet, in all of Western Canada. Despite having cheap prices, the online customer service is first rate. They also are an absolute pleasure to deal with - had a couple small issues with recent orders, and they were fast and courteous and generally went above and beyond to sort me out. Highly recommend!

All the staff is very kind and helpful except the guy named Warren. I bought something which was listed at $39 and took it to the cashier where she tells me that it is $69. Me and the cashier lady then talked to this Warren guy about it and he started accusing me that I am playing a "game" that I am deliberately trying to buy it for $39 . Clearly they put a wrong tag on this item. I come to this store all the time and I am always respectful towards the staff but this kind of rude behavior makes me don't wanna come here anymore.

Absolutely amazing experience. I needed to get some PPE for my job site. The retail price in the store was rather exorbitant. I asked if I could price match from Amazon which was easily 30% cheaper than the retail price at KMStools. Absolutely amazing customer service from Lois! She price matched a respirator, face mask covers, and even gave me 15% off from the filters! Ended up saving over 40% and got it instore. 5/5 Would come again!
